Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong financial planning knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dashboards, and reports.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
- Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting models.
- Develop calculated metrics, formulas, dimensions, and versions.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
- Support end users by troubleshooting issues and providing training.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Hands-on experience in model building, dashboards, reporting, and planning sheets.
- Experience with data integration and ETL concepts.
- Knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with Workday HCM or Workday Financials is an added advantage.
