1. Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Hands-on experience with compensation processes, configuration, eligibility rules, and plans.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes.
2. Workday Learning Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of learning programs, courses, campaigns, and reporting.
- Experience in business process configuration and troubleshooting.
3. Workday Integrations Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Workday Orchestration experience is compulsory.
- Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of integration security and business processes.
4. Workday Extend Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday Extend development and implementation.
- Experience building applications using Workday Extend tools and frameworks.
- Good understanding of Workday APIs, security, and business processes.
5. Workday Time & Absence Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and resolving functional issues.
- Strong expertise in configuration, business processes, and troubleshooting.
6. Workday Talent Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting Talent-related enhancements.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, business processes, and module support.
