Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiter with 4+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent and utilizing Workday to drive an efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer management.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

·       Prior experience in recruiting for Workday Consultants.
