We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiter with 4+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent and utilizing Workday to drive an efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred
· Prior experience in recruiting for Workday Consultants.
