** We're hiring two Account Executives who will own their verticals, build their pipelines, and earn in direct proportion to what they close. No salary floor. No cap on upside. If you're elite at Workday sales and want to build something, this is your seat.

Role 1 - Nonprofit AE

Role 2 - Emerging Markets AE

What you'll do

▸   Identify, qualify, and close Workday implementation and AMS opportunities in nonprofit and mission-driven organizations

▸   Build relationships with CHROs, CFOs, VPs of HR & Finance, and IT leadership at target accounts

▸   Position i8CLOUD's delivery track record, PulseWD platform, and other capabilities against the competitive set

▸   Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → solution design → proposal → close → handoff

▸   Collaborate with delivery leads on scoping and ensure proposals are commercially sound

▸   Represent i8CLOUD at sector-specific conferences, webinars, and Workday community events

Implementation Project (Sold)

Extremely competitive percentage of total project value paid on contract execution

AMS Contract

Recurring percentage on each AMS contract year-you keep earning as long as the client stays

AMS Renewals

Renewal percentage-compounding residual income every time a client renews, with no additional sales effort required

Upsells & Expansions

You earn on every expansion deal at existing accounts you brought in 


Who You Are

▸   5+ years of Workday professional services sales. Only candidates with Workday experience will be considered for this role. 

▸   Proven track record closing $250K- $1Mn deals

▸   Existing network in nonprofit/NGO/education sector (Role 1) OR growth-stage/mid-market companies (Role 2)

▸   US or Canada based; able to travel to client sites and industry events
